April 18, 2017 - Shooting Almost Everyday 32

I've been testing out the new lens that I purchased. A Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 lens, It's been a long time since I was able to shoot wide and zoom in. So here in this shot I exposed for the highlights and ignored what the shadows looked.

I just recovered all the details in post production. Most of  the details(especially the parts where the light doesn't fall on was all black. I was surprised that I was able to recover the details to get this image.

I went for this shot, since it was the 1st time I shot this wide on my Canon 6d. Finally a zoom lens! I don't have to switch between my 35mm to 50mm and take a long time to switch. Some may say that this trivial but I find this as a major achievement since it cost me chunk of money and a lot of time before I finally acquired the equipment that I have.
