March 31, 2017 - Shooting Almost Everyday 15

Wow! I can't believe that March is almost done. That was a quick month if you asked me.

So waking up early, I was hoping that I could relax, but my wife called me and asked me to pick her up from work.  So out I went and drove to pick up my wife from her work place since she wasn't feeling to good.

The drive from Antipolo to Pasig was smooth and ok, but when I got to Floodway, traffic was already waiting. I was stuck in traffic for almost 30 minutes, and I thought to myself that I should start shooting, and I went on ahead and reached for my camera at the back seat, and clicked away.  I had to make do of the time and shoot, but of course I have to stay in the car.

Got a few shots done, and was quite satisfied with the light and contrast. I was struggling with my 35mm since the AF motor of the camera gets stuck so I had to rely on manual focus and chimping to see if I got my focus right. (Chimping - verb, when a person looks at the back of the camera after he shoots an image) I just hope that when I will be working on commissioned projects, I will not be chimping so much. As always, practice will continue...
