Here we go again with daily practice after shift and shooting outside against a hot summer sun. Yes living in a tropical country summer can be really cruel.

My essential whenever I step outside, are money(of course), camera(which ever it may be), bag to lug around my stuff, and my most essential requirement a bottle of water. I always have to keep hydrated where ever I am.

So when you're outside please remember to keep yourself safe and hydrated no matter where you are.
